The Mission of the ASETC is to promote the arts and science of safety to their employees in order to try and reduce incidents & accidents that result in injury & property damage. By reducing incidents & accidents, the goal is to reduce unnecessary pain & suffering & reduce costs.

ASETC's Safety Program is carried out through the following:

• ASETC  has a goal of ZERO injuries
• A Safety Incentive Program is used at each jobsite
• Our Safety Manager reports directly to the company executive management and has full authority to implement and enforce safety practices
• All new hires into the company are given an extensive class on ASETC's Safety Program
• Weekly safety meetings are conducted in both the office and at each job site
• A daily stretching program occurs on jobsites to reduce the number of injuries due to sprains/strains
• Annual company safety meetings are held to discuss “best practices” in safety
